Kinda missing the dinner club...
I've been blogging for years. I've belonged to a bunch of different blog communities over those years and have had the pleasure of being a part of few tight blogging circles here and there... Most folks in those circles I had never met in person before. I suppose that was the magic to some degree. The eclectic spice of different cultural insights and regional differences...
One of the ways we'd kind of... bond... I guess.... Was thru sharing pictures of what we had for dinner. It didn't matter if it was mac and cheese from a box, or a homemade delicacy from great grandma's old recipes-box. The experience was in the "share".
Leave it to me to wax nostalgic over pizza and fried mushrooms. ;)
Tony stopped in at Starbucks for his nightly caffeine boost (6 shots is a lot, right?) and while he was there he got me a dessert! Awwww, it's the little things like bringing home a surprise rice crispy treat that make the difference, y'know?
The only thing wrong with this picture is the yucky green olives on the pizza. No offense, but I loathe olives. They taste funny to me.
